RegGov Project Final Conference: Save the Date!
RegGov is one of the URBACT projects which is currently in its Implementation Phase and that will end before the summer of 2011. Its nine partners have been working successfully for two years on integrated strategies for a sustainable development of deprived urban neighbourhoods with a particularly close, trustful and efficient co-operation between the Partner Cities and their Managing Authorities to support the development of new and improved forms of co-operation. The project will complete its programme of exchange and learning activities with a final conference organised in Duisburg (Germany) on Thursday, 12th May and Friday, 13th May 2011.

Save the Date: URBACT ANNUAL CONFERENCE - 30 November & 1 December 2010
Next URBACT Annual Conference will be held in Liège in Belgium, from Tuesday 30 November noon to Wednesday 1 December noon 2010 in Liège Conference Centre. Over 350 participants including URBACT project Lead Partners, partners, members of Local Support Groups, Experts as well as Member States and European Commission representatives are to attend. We are pleased to also announce the presence of the European Commissioner Johannes Hahn responsible for regional policy.

HerO Project Final Conference - Save the date!
HerO 'Heritage as Opportunity' is one of the URBACT projects which is currently in their implementation phase and that will end in 2011. Its nine partners have been working relentlessly for two years on integrated and innovative management strategies for historic urban landscapes . The project will complete its programme of exchange and learning activity with a final conference organised in the Lead Partner city Regensburg (Germany) on 13 and 14 April 2011.

Final Conference of the EGTC URBACT Project - How best to establish the experiment?
At the Final Conference of the EGTC URBACT Project in Esztergom, Hungary, on 6 and 7 May 2010, the cross-border conurbation partners, together with the MOT as Lead Partner, tabled the results of the work they have been carrying out on cross-border governance for nearly two years. They also discussed ways in which they would like to see the project evolve in future.

"Creative education: incubating future talent" Thematic Workshop - Register now!
Following its first thematic workshop entitled "Creative clusters: diversifying local economic base & opportunities to young people", Creative Clusters project will hold its second thematic workshop "Creative Education: incubating future talent" on 6 & 7 May, 2010 at the University of Reggio Emilia in Italy.
