Women continue to be under-represented in senior positions inmany fields despite the fact that they make up nearly half of theworkforce and more than half of new university graduates in theEU. This report examines the current situation and recent trends asregards women’s participation in decision-making across Europe. Itemphasises the importance of having more women in top positionsin the private sector.
