With a background in resource management and large scale transportation programmes, Matthew has been working for the Cross River Partnership as a project manager since 2006. As lead partner for the EVUE project, his focus will be on delivering a strong, integrated partnership that will enable the benefits of the project to be maximised.

Sally Kneeshaw is Joint Director of an award winning European Consultancy, established in 2002.  Prior to that, she was European Campaigns Manager for an EU NGO, and policy consultant to the European Disability Forum.


Sally has first hand experience of facilitating sustainable development and capacity building in intercultural settings. She has been the External Expert on a number of Pan-European projects, including Interreg IVC Innovation and Mobility Management projects, and is a past coordinator of the Eurotowns Network.


She has some 15 years’ project management and leadership experience in European contexts, researching development, innovation, social cohesion and inclusion, the knowledge economy, and diversity. She has worked with stakeholders at all levels within public bodies, NGOs and the private sector.


Her role in EVUE is to lead on the development of the baseline study and to support the partners in developing a sustainable and effective workplan for the implementation phase.
