Avrig, one of the important cities from Sibiu County, situated in the center of the country, was once known as an important city for the munitions and glass production. Nowadays the city is trying to pursue a different direction for its development, an industry based on the renewable energies.

Hen Gerritse has a broad experience in being an european expert, for different european projects, such as Repair Urbact II Project and several Interact Projects.

As URBENENERGY Lead Expert, his mision includes to assist the project in its development strategy and to animate the project network.
