UrSEnE Baseline Study (En)

Main text of the baseline study

The Baseline Study is a requirement of the Development Phase for all URBACT
projects. It sets the scene for the project, enabling the partners to start work with a sound underpinning of knowledge’ on relevant EU policy and current practice on this issue in other European cities. It provides information about each of the partner organisations and their current approach to the issue which is going to be examined during the project.
