Wilko van Kalkeren is senior coordinator of European programmes, especially for the ERDF-Programme and URBACT projects. He is resposible for the cooperation of the cities in Gelderland and for international relations. He works for the Province of Gelderland, the largest province or region in the Netherlands (almost 2,000,000 inhabitants), which is situated in the east of the country next to Germany.
