After completing her studies in European and International Relations at SciencesPo Lyon, Céline graduated in 2003 at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, Faculty of Humanities, Master degree in History, European Studies and International Relations, as expert in European Project Management.
Céline has been working for the URBACT Secretariat as Finance Officer for 10 years. Her fields of specialism include project management, finance and the EU Cohesion Policy.
Céline is a member of a club called CIGALEs (Investors Club for Alternative and Local Investment of Solidarity Savings) for the creation and development of local small companies to enable them to develop alternative and solidarity-oriented practices.
When not working, Céline spends her free time hiking in France and all over the world. She loves travelling and discovering new people and places. She also likes to help new comers arriving in France to learn the language. She is French and lives in Paris.
