I am working as a Lead Expert of URBACT SIBdev Network, which aims at the development of Social Impact Bonds for improved public service delivery. As an urban expert for more than 19 years, I have accumulated experience in the elaboration of Integrated Urban Development and Local Economic Development strategies. I have also developed urban rehabilitation projects for a dozen of cities of various sizes. In the last decade, I have gained experience in developing and supporting interregional, transnational and cross-border cooperation projects funded by programmes such as URBACT, Interreg IVC and Interreg Europe, Central Europe Programme, South-East Europe Programme, Urban Innovative Actions, URBACT and RO-HU CBC Programme.
