The final transnational meeting of the C4TALENT – Cities for Talent network will take place in Nyíregyháza, Hungary, on 14–15 October 2025, hosted by the project’s Lead Partner. As the project nears its conclusion, this event will put the spotlight on its most important outputs: the Integrated Action Plans (IAPs).
Over the course of two days, representatives from the ten partner cities will present their final IAPs in a TED-style format designed to make these complex and comprehensive documents accessible and engaging. Each plan outlines tailored strategies to tackle brain drain, strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems, and build cities where talent chooses to stay and thrive.
The meeting will also feature an ideation session, “Seeds for Future Cooperation”, where partners will explore:
- Specific challenges and policy areas for potential joint work
- Opportunities in upcoming funding programmes and calls to continue collaboration in talent attraction, retention, and business ecosystem development.
Beyond project work, the event will highlight Nyíregyháza’s innovation potential and its local stakeholders. Participants will take part in a guided visit to the LEGO factory, one of the city’s flagship employers, and join panel discussions with local talents and businesses to hear first-hand perspectives on creating supportive environments for the next generation.
This final meeting will mark the culmination of C4TALENT’s journey and serve as a launchpad for future cooperation—planting the seeds for networks and projects to come.
