Based in Paris (France), the URBACT Joint Secretariat is a group of 18 very enthusiastic and committed people, organised in four working areas: Networks and Capacity-Building, Knowledge and Communication, Programme Management and Administration; and Strategic Programme Development.
CALL FOR EXPERTISE SUPPORT - PROGRAMMING PROCESS OF URBACT V
The URBACT IV Managing Authority is launching the call for tender to select a service-provider / expert (consultant) responsible for:
- providing support and assistance to the URBACT Managing Authority and the URBACT Joint Secretariat to facilitate the preparation and implementation of the URBACT V programming process
- developing, in collaboration with the URBACT V Programming Committee and in consultation with stakeholders, the URBACT V programme, key documents and the future URBACT chapter of the INTERREG plan
amending the above-mentioned documents, if necessary, in consultation with the Programming Committee, in accordance with the requirements and guidelines of the European Commission, in order to finalise the URBACT V programme documents.

CALL FOR EXTERNAL ASSESSMENT PANEL
The URBACT Programme is looking for members for the External Assessment Panel for the evaluation of eligible applications received through the call for Action Networks.
The deadline for submission of applications is 8 May 2026 at 12.00 CEST.
Interested applicants are invited to consult the details of the Call for External Assessment Panel in English and in French.
