Programme
Wander through our vibrant outdoor exhibition and marketplace – open to the general public for the first time – and hear tales of European cooperation and local actions on different urban topics, including mobility, digitalisation, health, social inclusion, urban planning, or greening urban economies. Dive deeper into thematic sessions and city visits, and meet fellow city-makers, European funders and partners in dedicated networking spaces.

At the URBACT City Festival in Nicosia, 273 European cities will present their stories and the local actions they developed as part of their cooperation journey, thanks to 30 URBACT Action Planning Networks. From mobility, climate action, and local economy to placemaking, social inclusion, and health, discover a variety of local actions to take back home.
Practical information
The 2026 URBACT City Festival will take place around three of Nicosia's most vibrant spots: the Royal Hall, the Eleftheria (Freedom) Square, and the Old GSP Square. Three places, one journey!
