The URBACT Team will carefully review all applications received. Selected applicants will receive an e-mail confirmation within a few weeks from the application submission. Please do not make any non-refundable travel arrangements until your participation is approved.

Yes, it is. There are no registration or participation fees for the 2026 URBACT City Festival.

The URBACT programme will reimburse accommodation costs for invited guests only. Tailored information will be provided directly to the current URBACT beneficiaries.

All the other participants are expected to cover their costs related to the participation in the 2026 URBACT City Festival, including travel, accommodation, and insurance or visa costs.
