Call for the URBACT Accelerator for Ukraine and Moldova!
The bespoke learning programme designed for cities from Ukraine and Moldova
From November 2026 to May 2028, this new bespoke learning programme for Ukrainian and Moldovan cities aims to strengthen their capacities on urban reconstruction, revitalisation, resilience and crisis management. Activities include knowledge-sharing events, design and funding of small-scale urban actions in Ukraine and Moldova.
This call has been looking for:
- Cities from Ukraine and Moldova ready to participate in the programme activities
- Up to 10 experienced EU cities willing to share their expertise and host study visits.
