Entrepreneurship in Focus.

At the end of October, the C4TALENT project brought entrepreneurship to life for Rzeszów's youth through two engaging events held at the Center for Urban Innovation – Urban Lab.

Hands-On Business Simulation (October 23):
Students got a taste of real-world business processes by simulating the registration of a sole proprietorship. Guided by the Department of Economic Activity and Permits of Rzeszów City Hall, participants filled out mock applications for entry into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEiDG)—a first-time experience for many.

Entrepreneurship Case Study (October 24):
Under the theme “Not So Rosy, Not So Easy, But Still Worth It,” local entrepreneurs Joanna Hostyńska and Justyna Kot (Skills Evolution) and Rafał Cencora (Redefine) shared their business journeys. Their candid stories of successes, challenges, and lessons learned inspired the young audience.

The event concluded with a dynamic networking session, where students connected with speakers in informal conversations, gaining valuable insights and advice on navigating the entrepreneurial landscape.

These events highlight C4TALENT's commitment to nurturing talent and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among the next generation in Rzeszów.
