Summary
I am a public sector leader is a public sector leader and practitioner in city and territorial resilience, governance innovation and sustainable development.
At the Province of Potenza, among other institutional duties and commitments, I have been a driving force behind the design and coordination of large-scale capacity-building initiatives targeting public officers, stakeholders and civil society actors, with a focus on urban and territorial development, participatory urban and territorial planning, disaster risk reduction and civil protection. Under my guidance, the Province has been recognized as a Resilience Hub within UNDRR’s MCR2030 initiative (2022), becoming a reference point for resilience governance in Europe and in the world.
My expertise lies in bridging policy frameworks with practical tools, fostering peer learning and action-oriented training, and ensuring long-term institutional impact.
A strong advocate of public value and accountability, I integrates digital transformation and IT solutions to strengthen transparency, participation and resilience in public administration.
