Summary

Bella has over a decade of experience in the migration and integration sector, bringing together expertise in policy development at the regional government level, front-line work in migrants' rights charities, and a strong background in project management and evaluation. She is also highly skilled as a learning partner and facilitator, making her a valuable asset in the field.

A recognised expert on one-stop shops for coordinated service provision, Bella currently serves as the learning partner for Eurocities' European transnational learning project, CONSOLIDATE. She offers online training on establishing one-stop shops and has collaborated with cities across Europe as part of Eurocities' CONNECTION project, where she developed a comprehensive "How to" guide and a benchmark on the topic.

Bella was the learning partner for Eurocities' UNITES project, where she explored how city administrations can incorporate co-design models with migrants into their integration strategies. Her expertise is sought after by city governments and organisations looking to enhance their approach to migrant integration.

Bella is a director and consultant with MigrationWork CIC and the Chair of the MigrationWork Trust, which oversees the Weaving Bonds grant scheme. She also designed and delivered the 2024 and 2025 EmpowerEU Awards, presented by the EU Delegation to the UK, ran the UK-based strategic legal charity Here for Good and worked on a regional government level, leading on the Mayor of London's policy work supporting European Londoners through Brexit.
