She is also highly skilled as a learning partner and facilitator, making her a valuable asset in the field.
A recognised expert on one-stop shops for coordinated service provision, Bella currently serves as the learning partner for Eurocities' European transnational learning project, CONSOLIDATE. She offers online training on establishing one-stop shops and has collaborated with cities across Europe as part of Eurocities' CONNECTION project, where she developed a comprehensive "How to" guide and a benchmark on the topic.
In addition to her work with CONSOLIDATE, Bella is the learning partner for Eurocities' UNITES project, where she explores how city administrations can incorporate co-design into their integration strategies. Her expertise is sought after by city governments and organisations looking to enhance their approach to migrant integration.
Bella is a director and consultant with MigrationWork CIC, Chair of the MigrationWork Trust, which oversees the Weaving Bonds grant scheme, and Chief Executive of Here for Good, a UK-based legal charity that provides free, high-quality immigration advice to vulnerable migrants through an innovative partnership model.
