Summary
I am a design strategist and researcher specializingin participatory urban development, community resilience, and design for social change. Over the past 15 years, I have led and contributed to numerous urban and EU-funded cooperation projects that connect design and social innovation — from inclusive, child-friendly urban design in Budapest to rural resilience initiatives in Hungary and the United States.
At MOME Budapest, where I serve as an associate researcher, I founded and led the Social Design Hub and now co-direct the international Social Design Network, bringing together over 50 members from institutions worldwide. I have coordinated and advised Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe projects such as Change Agents and CoDesign4Transitions, developing participatory methodologies and frameworks for just transitions and collaborative innovation. My current work focuses on integrating co-design and evidence-based approaches into local development processes, enabling municipalities, NGOs, and academic partners to co-create spatial, social, and governance innovations that advance sustainable and inclusive urban transitions across Europe.
