Summary
My work focuses on helping cities turn knowledge into action through cooperation, coordination and shared learning. I act as a translator, facilitator and enabler, supporting city teams in transforming strategic ambitions into practical and realistic projects.
For over fifteen years, I have been working at the crossroads of housing, urban policy and sustainable finance. I have designed and led collaborative programmes that connect municipalities, developers and public agencies, helping them overcome institutional and financial barriers to implement affordable and low-carbon housing solutions.
As Director of an Executive Master at Sciences Po Paris, I have built capacity-building programmes that bring together practitioners from across Europe to co-design actionable responses to urban challenges. In parallel, I have advised local governments and real estate actors on governance models, financial frameworks and partnership strategies that enable long-term urban transformation.
As a Lead Expert, I aim to foster peer learning and collective intelligence across cities — creating the conditions for collaboration, translating complex frameworks into common understanding, and helping local teams adapt and scale proven solutions from one context to another. My approach combines strategic vision, operational pragmatism and strong facilitation skills to deliver results that cities can own, adapt and sustain.
