Summary
My professional journey has been shaped by a constant effort to produce and share knowledge and to translate it into practical tools for cities and practitioners. For more than ten years, as Director of an Executive Master at Sciences Po Paris, I have designed and delivered programmes that combine academic rigour with professional applicability, developing tailor-made methodologies for diverse audiences.
Alongside my academic role, I have worked for over a decade as a consultant to elected officials and real estate stakeholders, helping them design strategies that balance the needs of residents, economic development, and investor engagement. This dual experience allows me to work at the intersection of urban policy, housing, and real estate finance, with a particular focus on the transition to sustainable models.
My areas of expertise include densification and adaptive reuse (offices, commercial areas), as well as the development of innovative legal and financial models for affordable housing. In each of these fields, my aim is to support local authorities and stakeholders in designing realistic and resilient economic models that enable sustainable transformation.
As an URBACT Lead Expert, I see my role as a translator and facilitator, turning complex issues into shared understanding and helping stakeholders move from strategies to action in a time of profound housing and real estate challenges.
