Summary
Ena Hodžić is a project development consultant and manager with +15 years of experience in cultural and creative sector. In her work she is devoted to building up organizational sustainability in capacities and resources, community activation and innovative actions. She has +10 years of experience in winning EU grants and implementing EU projects within the sector (Creative Europe projects such as Future DiverCites, Digital Inter/Section, A Sea Change, ArcHIVE, etc.). For 12 years, she was working on management positions as General and Financial Director at NGO KONTEJNER, where she has also curated and organized over 60 international contemporary artistic and cultural events, from large festivals and ECoC programmes to community and audience development activities. She has also co-directed and curated a sound art programme in Zagreb's Mochvara Gallery for 8 years. As curricula designer, mentor and educator since 2016, she has worked on over 40 workshops and educational programmes for different participant profiles. She has co-edited 7 publications in the field of contemporary experimental and intermedia arts, and collaborated successfully with +70 partners from NGO, institutional, academic and private sector across Europe and beyond. As an advocate for experimental actions and critical thinking, she strongly believes that culture and cooperation are the driving force able to fuel positive change even in the most complex challenges of our time.
