Summary

I am a senior expert in participatory governance, strategic planning, and capacity building, with over 15 years of experience working with public institutions, local governments, and international programmes across Ukraine and Europe.

My work focuses on designing and facilitating integrated, participatory strategies that are both analytically grounded and operationally viable. I support cities and organisations in translating complex challenges into structured action plans, with clear outcomes, indicators, and implementation pathways.

I bring extensive experience in:

  • designing and facilitating multi-stakeholder processes and transnational learning activities;
  • developing evidence-based strategies and policy frameworks;
  • applying participatory methods and tools for inclusive decision-making;
  • strengthening institutional capacity and governance systems.

I have worked as an expert, evaluator, and trainer in multiple international and EU-related programmes, including cooperation with local authorities, NGOs, and donor-funded initiatives. My approach combines methodological rigor, practical facilitation, and results-oriented design, ensuring that strategies are not only developed—but effectively implemented.

Currently, I contribute as a national consultant to initiatives aligned with international frameworks (including Red Cross/Red Crescent and EU-oriented programmes), focusing on youth engagement, community resilience, and governance under crisis conditions.

I am particularly interested in supporting URBACT networks in:

  • co-creating action-oriented strategies;
  • designing learning and exchange processes;
  • embedding participatory governance practices into local development.
