Summary
I work with public engagement, collaboration and co-creation in processes around policy development, local governance or strategic development. As a facilitator I master my toolboxes and guide a group of people through collaboration with an eye on both an inclusive and joyful process and a useful outcome. As a coordinator I know the importance of good planning and well-defined roles.
With the Danish Board of Technology, I have worked with design, coordination and moderation of mini-publics such as the Danish Climate Assembly and the European Citizens’ Panels. I have been the coordinator of two EU Horizon projects, and I love the strength that the right mix of cross-european competences can give. I have also worked more than a decade as a civil servant in the administration of Danish municipalities and local committees, designing and implementing processes for civil society development and engaging citizens in areas like city planning and policy development.
I will love to use my experienced in public engagement, methods of participatory democracy as well as local government administration and cross sectoral cooperation to bring cities together and learn from each other.
