Summary

Urban strategist and Lead Expert with strong experience in strategic urban planning, participatory governance and transnational learning processes. I support cities and URBACT networks in designing and delivering integrated approaches that connect strategy, governance and implementation.

My work focuses on the city as a political and lived environment, where urban policies must address not only spatial and economic challenges but also conditions of appearance, hospitality and conflict. I design and facilitate exchange and learning activities that enable local stakeholders to translate complex challenges into shared priorities and concrete actions.

I combine analytical rigor, facilitation skills and field experience, working closely with public authorities, professionals, civil society and cultural actors. My approach pays particular attention to sustaining stakeholder engagement over time and embedding learning processes within local governance structures.

I bring to URBACT networks a capacity to frame issues clearly, structure collective work and support partners in producing actionable, context-specific and politically grounded results.
