Speaker, Strategist, leadership consultant & women empowerment advocate, DEI expert. Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Krakow for Equality Policy(2021-2024) and chairman of the Equal Treatment Council (2019-2024). For years, I have been creating and developing projects and activities in the area of culture, human rights and equality. As the Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Krakow for equality policy and the Chairwoman of the Council for Equal Treatment, I was responsible for initiating the first gender mainstreaming initiatives in the history of the city of Kraków. I co-created the first Gender Equality Plan in the history of Polish local government. I am behind such projects as "Female Krakowians, the strength of the city", "Miesiąc Krakowianek Festival", "The May Equality Festival", the Kazimiera Bujwidowa Award and "Education for all".
I have extensive experience in developing equality policies and designing inclusive initiatives for cultural institutions. Among others, I collaborated with the Jagiellonian University Museum Collegium Maius, where I co-created the museum's educational events focused on promoting the concept of herstory. I have authored publications and led projects that analyze the intersection of human rights and culture, focusing on fostering dialogue between these domains. My work explores how cultural practices and institutions can both reflect and shape human rights discourses, aiming to promote inclusivity and understanding.
I worked as a spokeswoman and communication specialist for Wikimedia Polska, content and exhibition designer. As a co-founder and vice-president of the "One Hundred Years of Women's Voice" Association, I organised the nationwide celebration of the centenary of granting voting rights to Polish women and the "Women's Independent Culture" campaign.
I am a graduate of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs “Future Leaders Invitation Program (PIPA)”, I hold a scholarship of the international „Humanity in Action program” and „Advanced Leadership Program for Top Talents” organized by the Center for Leadership. Winner of the first edition of the plebiscite of 16 Equality Leaders (Women’s Congress & British Embassy).
Since 2021, I am a spokeswoman for ethics at the Academy of Theatre Arts in Krakow.
