Summary

Urban planner specialised in metropolitan governance, participatory policy design, and urban resilience, with over 15 years of experience helping cities connect local innovation with global learning. At Metropolis, I coordinate multi-city initiatives that explore how governance models, data, and civic participation can shape more inclusive and adaptive territories. I have also collaborated with the London School of Economics, UCLG, CIDEU, ECODES, and the Barcelona City Council, contributing to research and peer-learning programmes across Europe and Latin America.

My work combines strategic facilitation, policy analysis, and knowledge exchange, supporting city teams to turn experimentation into lasting institutional change. I’ve learned that transfer rarely depends only on technical detail: it succeeds when cities understand both their shared foundations and their differences, recognising what can truly travel from one context to another.

For eight years I co-produced CiudadHub, the leading Spanish-language podcast on urban innovation, where I spoke with more than 90 urban changemakers from 60 cities and 15 countries. I value clarity, trust, and shared understanding as the basis for effective cooperation.
