Summary
Panagiotis Kinanlis is currently the Financial Manager of COOLING HAVENS project, funded under European Urban Innovation Project. The project addresses the escalating climate crisis in Athens by installing water-powered public interventions to create new blue and green infrastructure. Previously Senior Project Manager at TOPOSOPHY, working on various projects that focused on tourism, placemaking, and destination management. With over 15 years of experience in managing co-funded projects and EU programs, his expertise spans research, business consulting, sustainable practices, and regional development. He has worked extensively as a consultant and evaluator on city and region-related projects, including Interreg projects and funding for businesses through NSRF and Investment Law, along with training initiatives such as Voucher for Tourism. Panagiotis holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development and is currently a PhD candidate at Harokopio University, where his research explores the impact of emerging technologies on supply chain management.
