Summary
I am a facilitator and moderator supporting municipalities and local administrations in Germany and across Europe, with a strong focus on short-term, hands-on facilitation and expert input in complex urban processes.
As an Ad Hoc Expert, I support cities in structuring strategy processes, clarifying goals and designing effective collaboration between administrations, politicians, civil society and other local stakeholders. I help groups work productively with diverging interests, dissent and conflict, turning complexity into clear next steps and shared ownership.
I regularly accompany public administrations, companies and NGOs in change processes – from focused workshops and learning sessions to the facilitation of multi-actor meetings. My approach is pragmatic, structured and participatory, supporting cities exactly where external facilitation and fresh perspective are needed.
Besides organisational development my thematic expertise lies in social and ecological innovation at the municipal level, particularly in the fields of ecology, climate adaptation, migration and integration. I am very familiar with the working realities of municipalities and enjoy supporting local authorities in translating European frameworks and ambitions into local action.
I lived in France for three years and have an academic background in Political Science. I work fluently in English, German and French. I have basic working knowledge of Italian and can use it for everyday communication.
