I help municipalities navigate complexity, manage conflict and secure funding – through focused, hands-on facilitation.
As an Ad Hoc Expert, I support you in:

- translating political ambition into viable, fundable projects
- strengthening your capacity in fundraising and conflict resolution
Since 2020, I have worked as a fundraising consultant for organisations in Germany, raising more than €2 million for a wide range of projects (EU, foundations, private sector, public funding). In parallel, I facilitate change processes and conflict resolution for municipalities across Germany. My thematic expertise lies in social and ecological innovation at the municipal level – particularly in ecology, climate adaptation, migration and integration. I hold a background in Political Science and work fluently in English, German and French and speak basic Italian. I value trust, clarity and practical results – and I support cities with precise, effective facilitation.
