Summary

I help cities and urban networks turn complex challenges into clear strategies, shared learning and practical results. I am an architect, urban planner and international expert with experience across urban planning, climate resilience, mobility, green infrastructure, spatial justice and territorial cooperation in Europe and the Global South.

What I bring to URBACT-type networks is a rare mix of academic depth, policy understanding and delivery capacity. I have worked as a professor, researcher, international project manager and expert reviewer, and I am used to navigating multi-country, multi-level and multi-actor contexts. This allows me to support networks not only in analysis and content development, but also in facilitation, strategic framing and the production of useful, high-quality outputs.

My work is evidence-based, collaborative and strongly oriented towards implementation. I add value where networks need critical reading of territories, structured dialogue, and support in transforming ideas into credible and actionable urban pathways.
