Expertise in the Design and Delivery of Transnational Exchange and Learning Activities My experience includes directing international capacity-building projects under significant EU-funded programs (such as Erasmus+ and EACEA). This work consistently involves designing cross-border exchange initiatives, facilitating knowledge transfer, and building sustainable international partnerships. A key aspect of this role is developing educational frameworks and training methodologies designed to enhance skills and promote best practices among diverse European stakeholders. Furthermore, working as a multilingual communicator allows me to bridge linguistic and cultural divides, ensuring effective understanding across transnational teams.
