The 6th local project meeting in Nyíregyháza brought together stakeholders to discuss the current state of the action planning process – since this activity coincided with the development of the city’s economic programme for the next 5 years, the team of the local Industrial Park worked tirelessly to embed as many IAP elements in that programme as possible, ensuring their validation by the local council and their implementation after network closure.
The team created thematic packages from some of the action plan’s interventions. One of these has the stated goal of making new residents in the city welcome by providing a dedicated contact person, a complementary package, and important information for them, while another targets local SMEs with personal interviews, networking and knowledge-sharing events, and new investment opportunities in the city. The final version of the Integrated Action Plan is expected to be finished in October and will be presented during the final network meeting in Nyíregyháza.
