Network4Work made simple – project basics in one visual.

What is Network4Work, what brings its six partners together, and how will the transfer journey unfold over the coming months?

Our new Network4Work project infographic provides a quick visual introduction to the network, its shared challenges and the approach behind our work.

Local labour markets across the Network4Work partnership face different realities, but many of the pressures are familiar: labour and skills shortages, skills mismatches, talent retention, workforce transitions and the need for stronger stakeholder coordination.

Network4Work addresses these issues through cooperation and shared learning. Led by Nyíregyháza, Hungary, the URBACT Transfer Network is transferring and adapting the Employment Forum Good Practice developed in Nyíregyháza. The model brings local stakeholders together to better understand and respond to employment and labour market challenges.

The infographic introduces the six Network4Work partners and follows the project through its three transfer stages: Understand, Adapt and Re-use. It also provides a first glimpse of the Employment Forum model and the role of peer learning, stakeholder involvement and practical testing in adapting the Good Practice to different local contexts.
