In 2023, Chalandri's UIA funded Cultural HIDRANT project was listed by Eurocities and the European Heritage Hub among the 10 top innovative practices of Cultural Heritage management in the EU. Now the European Heritage Hub has dedicated an article in their website, presenting and explaining why. The article points out, also, how the knowledge and innovative practices developed during the Cultural HIDRANT project are relevant to other cases of water related cultural heritage and how they are transferred and adapted by other cities through URBACT's Hydro-Heritage Cities Network.
