Charitable Organization “Charitable Fund TES Fund” is an experienced partner in the field of cultural heritage preservation through advanced digital documentation. Our organization has implemented multiple complex scanning activities of castles and heritage sites across Ukraine, using modern technologies to capture accurate spatial data, structural conditions, and visual details.

Many municipalities face risks of losing cultural heritage due to insufficient documentation, aging infrastructure, climate change, and limited resources for preservation. Without precise digital data, restoration planning, reconstruction, and promotion of heritage assets remain difficult.

The project proposes a scalable model for cultural heritage preservation through multi-level digitization using modern technologies. The methodology includes basic photographic documentation, photogrammetry-based 3D modelling, and advanced SLAM-based mobile scanning combined with LiDAR, drone mapping, and terrestrial laser scanning. These technologies allow capturing precise dimensions, geometry, and condition of heritage objects, creating digital twins that can later serve as a basis for restoration, reconstruction, tourism promotion, and educational use.

The project follows STEAM principles (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics), combining innovation with cultural heritage preservation. Digital models will support virtual exhibitions, cross-border cultural routes, educational platforms, and resilience planning. High-precision documentation also provides data for potential reconstruction of damaged heritage sites.

Charitable Fund TES Fund is ready to participate as an experienced technical partner contributing expertise in complex heritage scanning and digital documentation. We already have interested partners from Romania and Slovakia who have agreed to participate in the initiative.

We are currently looking for a committed Lead Partner to lead the consortium and coordinate the project. We are open to cooperation with different scanning technologies and methodologies, including SLAM-based systems, photogrammetry, LiDAR, terrestrial laser scanning, drone mapping, and other innovative digital documentation tools to identify the most effective and scalable solutions for cultural heritage preservation.
