Remote-IT Final Product: A Digital Playbook Capturing Our Network Journey

Edited on 31/12/2025

This article presents the Remote-IT Network Final Product, available below as a hyperlink in the form of digital roadmap.

The Remote-IT Network Final Product is a comprehensive and visually driven record of the journey we experienced together as partners throughout this project. It captures not only milestones and activities, but also the shared learning process, collaboration, and collective progress of the network.

Our digital story begins with the first partners’ meeting, held after the initial kick-off and study visit in Murcia, Spain, in March 2024, and concludes with the final partners’ meeting and closing conference in October 2025 in Dubrovnik. Through a clear and graphic narrative, the Digital Playbook documents the evolution of the project, highlighting the key themes we addressed, the topics we explored, and the knowledge we developed together. Beyond serving as a record of our journey, it also functions as a practical navigation tool for our URBACT project website. It brings together direct links to all core project materials, outputs, and resources developed within the Remote-IT network. These materials reflect what we have achieved through the project and what we aim to share with other cities interested in topics related to new forms of work, digital nomads, and the future of work, as well as strategies cities can use to prepare for these emerging realities.

We invite you to explore the full content directly through our Digital Playbook roadmap, available via the link below.

In addition to the main final product, the Remote-IT network has also produced an animated promotional video. Inspired by several partner cities, the video focuses on digital nomads as a specific segment of the workforce highlighting cities’ ambitions either to attract digital nomads or to improve existing living and working conditions for them. The video serves as a promotional and inspirational output, complementing the analytical and strategic content of the Playbook.
