Shift - Switch - Go
The project aims to promote change through innovative approaches to inclusive urban and social development in Social Housing focusing on building resilience in communities and linking people with their local assets, through a participatory approach that allows engaging the public and adapting the measures to the real needs and aspirations of the residents in social housing. At the heart of this approach we find the principle that the physical, human and financial assets of a place can be leveraged for social cohesion and local economic benefit and it is in identifying and developing bridging relationships amongst such assets and anchor institutions to realise their local and social potential. The involvement between residents of social housing, managing entity, local partners and communities is essential for the development of the entire territory, in an inclusive and cohesive way, leaving no one behind. By taking advantage of the existing networks in each community we can expand the value of all. With this partnership we intend to work collaboratively with other cities that want to reduce the stigma of the population living in social housing and build a common life project.
