Discover the fourth issue of Making Spend Matter Newsletter bringing you the latest updates from our Network on progressive public procurement, spend analysis and anchor institution cooperation.
Just over a year ago, our Network held its first Transnational Meeting in Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal, marking the start of a truly transformative and collaborative journey in our cities. One year down the line, we couldn't be prouder of the amazing progress our Partners have made in their cities and the impact they have created at local, national and European level.
In this edition of the Newsletter, we celebrate our Partners' achievements: changing behaviours and mentalities, influencing urban policy and innovating public procurement processes to improve people's lives.
While we are currently facing an unprecedented situation at international level, we want to encourage public institutions, cities and countries to work in cooperation and change how they invest public money to support the resilience of their communities, their economy and the environment. We will be working creatively over the next few months to ensure #MakingSpendMatter activities can continue to improve public procurement in our cities.
