In order to ensure the effectiveness of public action, it is important to appoint a person responsible for the coordination of all project stakeholders. This ensures a strong role in the municipality, which provides an overall vision of the project and the mobilisation of the various departments involved.
In our next product, we present a solution applied in Toulouse, which, in order to coordinate activities in the areas, established project/area managers who, with regard to the creation of a city of cooperation, meet the expectations of residents and investors by creating a friendly environment for public-private partnership investments.
