Edited on 03/02/2020

In our next output, based on the example of Łódź, which carries out large-scale revitalisation projects, the scheme for managing the revitalisation process in the city was analysed and a strategic document was presented, which was created in Łódź and constitutes the framework, principles and scope of revitalisation activities.

First of all, we analyze here the organizational structures of the City of Łódź Office in terms of procedures adjusted to the city's revitalization management and we take a closer look at the City Revitalization Program. We discuss the task structures contained in this strategic document for the revitalisation process, show the conclusions resulting from the analysis of revitalisation undertakings, and make additional comments related to the conditions resulting from the Municipal Revitalisation Programme. Finally, we focus on the structure and procedures that help the City Hall to ensure the efficient implementation of this strategic document.
