Summary

Jasmina Selan is an experienced EU project development and management expert with more than 15 years of experience in preparing, coordinating, and implementing international, national, and regional development projects. Her work focuses on sustainable urban and regional development, green transition, digitalisation, smart communities, cultural heritage, sustainable mobility, and social innovation.

Throughout her career, she has successfully prepared and managed projects within a wide range of European programmes, including Interreg, URBACT, Horizon 2020, LIFE, Erasmus+, Creative Europe, CERV, EUCF, WiFi4EU, Norway Grants, and Europe for Citizens. She has extensive experience working with municipalities, public institutions, development agencies, universities, and international partners across Europe and the Western Balkans.

Her portfolio includes projects related to sustainable mobility, renewable energy, circular economy, biodiversity protection, smart cities, digital inclusion, youth participation, cultural heritage revitalisation, and climate adaptation. She has contributed to initiatives such as URBACT Playful Paradigm, Interreg Europe ERUDITE, Interreg MED Local4Green, Interreg Adrion Emoundergrounds, Interreg Alpine Space H2MA, LIFE Amphicon, Green-Tex, GREENERS, and several projects supporting local green and digital transition strategies.

Jasmina has extensive expertise in strategic planning, preparation of funding applications, partnership building, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of complex EU-funded investments. Between 2007 and 2023, she contributed to the preparation and development of projects worth more than €80 million.

With a strong international perspective, interdisciplinary background, and excellent communication skills, she is committed to creating impactful and sustainable projects that improve quality of life, strengthen local communities, and support innovation and cooperation across Europe.
