While working for your project, I will draw from my experience working in 9 public, 10 private, 18 civil society and 2 international organisations (EU & Council of Europe), 6 bigger projects and 131 led trainings and events in mostly Finland, Greece, Belgium and Slovenia. Having worked from first line services like housing units, schools and individual support to European level strategy meetings with EU Commission officials, I have good understanding of diverse challenges you might face and also have plenty of possible solutions to offer.
My past employers include among others SALTO Inclusion & Diversity Resource center, City of Tampere, Europe Goes Local -network, Scouts, YMCA, CNVOS and Pohde - The wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia. Over the years I have:
led networking activities,
trained trainers and project management,

brought different fields together to solve common problems - like climate crisis impact on vulnerable groups.
