With a focus on security, transparency, and user-friendliness, we are embracing a tailored AI platform to drive innovation and improve services.
Through MetaCity, a collaborative initiative within the municipality's administration, we are developing AI-driven services to support both residents and employees. This exciting project also includes the municipality of Örnsköldsvik, strengthening regional cooperation. One of the initial outcomes is the creation of assistants, or chatbots, designed to serve as reliable and efficient support tools. The platform at the heart of this project, AI platform Intric, is funded by the MetaCity initiative.
