UNIDAS4EU is a European cooperation project aiming to transfer and implement the Portuguese “UNIDAS” intermunicipal governance model in six European cities. It strengthens coordinated, territorial, and victim-centred responses to domestic and gender-based violence through better communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and referral mechanisms. By supporting partner cities to adopt an integrated governance framework, UNIDAS4EU enhances municipal capacity, improves local support services, and fosters sustainable cooperation, contributing to safer, more inclusive, and resilient urban communities across Europe.
