    Mapeando comunidades resilientes: sesiones de intercambio europeo en la Biennale di Venezia

    Bajo el título “Mapping Resilient Communities” (Mapeando comunidades resilientes), los días 21 y 22 de septiembre el Punto Nacional URBACT de Italia organiza una serie de encuentros entre ciudades y entidades italianas y europeas en el marco de la Bienal de Arquitectura de Venecia 2021. El Punto Nacional URBACT de España participaremos en la segunda de las jornadas, en un evento dirigido a intercambiar experiencias provenientes de Italia, Eslovenia y España, que contará con la participación del Secretariado URBACT, el ANCI (la Federación Italiana de Municipios) y City Space Architecture.

  • O NEXT AGRI em Síntese

    No âmbito da "Pacto de Milão sobre Política de Alimentação Urbana" e da estratégia política denominada "Milão Circular", o legado do projeto OpenAgri pós-UIA consiste num pólo de inovação que serve uma parte importante do parque agrícola, com um grande enfoque no setor das águas residuais, entendidas como as atividades relacionadas com o tratamento, valorização e reutilização das águas residuais de qualquer origem (municipais, industriais ou agrícolas).

    O projeto NEXT AGRI foca-se no mecanismo de transferência desta prática para 3 cidades europeias: Vila Nova de Gaia, em Portugal, Stara Zagora, na Bulgária, e Almere, nos Países Baixos.

  • Vilawatt project partner cities meet virtually at Seraing - TM2

    The Belgian city of Seraing hosted a virtual meeting on 6 and 8 July - the 2nd Transnational Meeting - involving the four partner cities of the Vilawatt UIA Transfer Mechanism. The gathering was an opportunity to deep dive into Seraing case and focus on the transfer capacities of each of the participating cities to work on the contents and tools that will contribute to a better understanding of the project and to define the next steps to be taken.

  • „Wenn nichts mehr geht, geht nur noch gehen“

    Wie das Spazieren während der Pandemie den öffentlichen Raum beeinflusst

    Während der strengen Corona-Einschränkungen und des Lockdowns waren viele Freizeitaktivitäten im öffentlichen Raum nicht mehr erlaubt. Cafés und Restaurants boten nur noch Speisen und Getränke zum Mitnehmen an und teilweise waren der Einzelhandel und jegliche Sport- und Kultureinrichtungen geschlossen. Der Aufenthalt im öffentlichen Raum war vorübergehend gänzlich untersagt. Neben dem Individualsport war dagegen das Spazieren in Deutschland als einzige Tätigkeit in allen Phasen der Corona-Einschränkungen erlaubt. Viele Menschen entdeckten so freiwillig oder gezwungenermaßen diese neue Freizeitaktivität für sich. Wie wirkt sich diese wiederauflebende Praxis auf unsere Wahrnehmung und auf die Nutzung des öffentlichen Raums aus?
