The battle for talent: why will people choose your city?
European cities no longer compete only for investment, companies or visitors. They compete for people: young people, families, STEAM talent, entrepreneurs, remote workers, newcomers, people hoping to return and residents deciding whether to stay. This session will challenge three URBACT networks, Future STEAM Cities, C4Talent, and Residents of the Future to highlight how talent is not only attracted by jobs, but also by opportunity, belonging, quality of life and future prospects.
