Some spots will be reserved for members of the URBACT Monitoring Committee and Managing Authority, as well as for selected representatives of the hosting country and city.

Representatives of EU programmes and international bodies, independent experts and media will also be welcome, depending on availability.

Due to limited capacity and the large number of applications expected, please make sure to agree locally on who are the most for purpose people to participate before registering.

The URBACT Team will carefully review all applications received. Selected applicants will receive an e-mail confirmation within a few weeks and will be subsequently invited to complete a second step of registration online. Please do not make any non-refundable travel arrangements until your participation is approved.

Yes, it is. There are no registration or participation fees for the 2025 URBACT City Festival.

The URBACT programme will reimburse transport and accommodation costs for invited guests from the URBACT Good Practices cities only. Tailored information will be provided directly to the beneficiaries.

All the other participants are expected to cover their costs related to the participation in the 2025 URBACT City Festival, including travel, accommodation, and insurance or visa costs.

No, you can’t. The 2025 URBACT City Festival is an in-person only event.
