Closing Conference of the Breaking Isolation Programme: Reflecting on Two Years of European Cooperation Against Social Isolation 

On December 9, 2025, the closing conference of the European Breaking Isolation programme took place. This 90-minute online event, open to the public, brought together network partners, local and European stakeholders, as well as many participants interested in the issue of social isolation. The conference was hosted in Agen (France), the lead city of the Breaking Isolation network, in the presence of its Mayor, on the occasion of the final Transnational Meeting.

TNM#12 in Agen: A final milestone to conclude the Breaking Isolation programme 

On 9 and 10 December 2025, the City of Agen hosted the 12th and final Transnational Meeting (TNM) of the European programme Breaking Isolation, marking the culmination of two years of close cooperation between ten European citiescommitted to tackling social isolation. For this closing meeting, all partners were present in Agen, joined by Aleksandra Kluczka, representative of the URBACT Secretariat, to share the project’s final results and to prepare the transition into a new phase: the concrete implementation of the action plans in each municipality.
