Summary

I am a bridge builder. I have a beating heart for creating societal impact, whether it’s local or transnational.

As social innovation consultant, I support organisations in reaching their desired destination. I design and coordinate participative learning journeys, where everybody feels entrusted and empowered. I have an extensive experience in conceptualising, advising on, and producing outstanding campaigns, projects, and events. Furthermore, I'm experienced in evaluating projects and processes, in team development activities, as well as in facilitating meetings and conferences. 

I don't shy away from responsibilities. I'm emotionally bound to following through on my promises and I don’t feel satisfied until what needs to be accomplished is done. I believe in the power of collaboration, which is why I closely cooperate with my friends and colleagues Ruben and Conny in the framework of the social innovation collective Otherwhere.

I enjoy connecting people's interests to each other. This was one of the keys to the success of the 'Cities4Europe - Europe for citizens' campaign I coordinated at EUROCITIES at the time of the latest EP elections, during which I had the opportunity to closely collaborate with URBACT.  

I'm Italian, but European at heart. Until 2019 I had worked for renowned civil society organisations and think tanks in Belgium, the UK and Italy, among which EUROCITIES, the New Economics Foundation, the Young European Federalists and European Alternatives. I'm fluent in Italian, French and English and know my way around in Spanish.
