Summary
Kerri is a qualified spatial planner, urban designer and project manager, with over 25 years' experience in Europe, Middle East, Asia and the Americas in public, private and NGO sectors.
Her expertise includes all aspects of urban development, regeneration and economic development, delivering complex initiatives often in challenging & politically-sensitive environments, and advising on operational requirements, restructuring and internal capacity-building. Having originally trained as a chartered surveyor in private property development & investment, her work has a strong commercial acumen. Her many years of experience as Head Assessor for the 'European City of the Year' award, a UK RIBA Design Review Expert and as a confidential peer reviewer & advisor to many cities across the world has built her skills in sharing, collaboration and mentoring.
Kerri's is also a retained advisor to the World Bank / DG-REGIO, Editorial Board member of ThinkHouse, Board Director at International Urban Development Association (INTA), and a member of Associação Portuguesa de Urbanistas (ECTP-CEU) and Société Française des Urbanistes (ECTP-CEU).
For URBACT, Kerri is currently the Lead Expert for Nature-Based Solutions for the Urban Pioneers Accelerator (IPA) programme, working with cities across 6 Balkan accession states.
