Summary

+15 years of solid experience in demanding business development and transformation projects in the social welfare and healthcare industry. I have also been acting as Horizon Europe evaluation expert and assessing project proposals related to Interventions in city environments to reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases (Global Alliance for Chronic Diseases - GACD).
 
During my career, the focus has been supporting digital transformation in health care and social welfare through developing and implementing digital solutions that support data-driven preventive practices and operating models in the public sector. The projects have comprised topics related to prevention, active aging, youth, digitalization, data-driven social welfare & healthcare, and management system mechanisms reform in big and medium-sized cities and municipalities.
 
I am a pioneer in health and well-being self-assessment-based preventive customer guidance & segmentation solutions/data sources in Finland (e.g. mynavigo). The solutions are specifically developed for youth and older adults. After a successful implementation and positive research results e.g. in usability, utilizability, and customer satisfaction, the methods are systematically used in some of the biggest Finnish cities.
