After the forced separation of the partners due to the pandemic, the first TNM took place in person.
From 7 to 9 July 2022, organized by the Municipality of Igualada, Spain, the 4th Transnational Meeting of the project was held. A very significant moment for all the participants. Being together meant strengthening relationships between partners and creating ties that will go beyond the period of Playful. There was talk of "Play for Urban Regeneration and Placemaking" by visiting the Igualada Balloon Festival and the "super blocks" project in Barcelona. We discussed how to improve Toy libraries talking about "Inclusion and Participation" and "Play and Education". The partners were able to have various direct experiences in workshops, visits and meetings with local experts, up to a trip in a hot air balloon and a meditation course... For the 5th TNM Playful Paradigm moved to Lousã, Portugal, where the Municipality organized events on the themes "Play for Health and Wellbeing" and "Play for Education" from 29th to 30th September 2022. The second face-to-face event was an opportunity to check the state of the art of the project and discuss future initiatives. There have been many experiences, with creative workshops and playful learning, also with the help of a video game designed to learn musical instruments. On the second day everyone experienced play with nature and then visited the city's Circus Museum. At the end of the activities, a Position paper on "Play for Eco-systemic Well-being in Cities" was drafted. This number ends with the invitation to the Final Meeting to be held in Udine from 23rd to 25th November 2022.
