    The Dublin Cultural Audit and Map project was developed to add to the local authoritys knowledge base, to inform decisions by the city council departments, planners and strategists. This intelligence project is also a public resource - a website called Culture Near You - that makes the citys cultural buildings, organisations and networks easier to find and connect with for the people of Dublin.

  • Kreative Zwischennutzung von Leerstand in Altena: Pop-Up Weihnachtsmarkt „Altenaer Wintermeile“

    Altena in Nordrhein-Westfalen vermittelt im Transfer-Netzwerk Re-growCity als Lead Partner seine erfolgreiche Strategie gegen den Schrumpfungsprozess – eine URBACT Good Practice. Zum Ende der Projektlaufzeit blicken wir zurück auf den Transferprozess und die URBACT-Aktivitäten in Altena. So nutzte die Stadt u.a. Leerstand in der Innenstadt kreativ und rief die „Altenaer Wintermeile“ ins Leben. Als Alternative zum Weihnachtsmarkt, der durch die aktuelle Corona-Situation abgesagt werden musste, wurden leerstehende Läden angemietet und den Aussteller*innen der Weihnachtsmärkte angeboten.
